Responsibilities:

- Establish performance objectives and deadlines.
- Strategize construction processes and estimate costs to keep projects within budget.
- Provide guidance and feedback to staff for optimal performance.
- Keep tabs on project progress and provide regular reports.
- Coordinate inspections and obtain necessary construction permits.
- Enforce safety and quality standards on-site.
- Procure equipment and schedule maintenance as needed.
- Manage inventory and orders for construction materials.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization at the job site.
- Address on-site issues and emergencies promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and address punch list items.
- Conduct final walk-through with clients.
- Obtain signed completion and satisfaction certificates from clients.
- Facilitate pre-construction meetings with clients.
- Keep clients updated on project status with daily narratives.
- Schedule subcontractors and material suppliers.
- Ensure all work adheres to plans, specifications, and local codes.
- Document project activities thoroughly.
- Manage change orders effectively.
- Establish project expectations tailored to each endeavor.
- Conduct quality inspections regularly.
- Evaluate vendors and subcontractors.
- Coordinate inspections with local authorities.
- Verify material deliveries match orders.
- Ensure subcontractors fulfill their obligations.
- Validate project schedule and progress.
- Identify and address any work beyond contracted scope.
- Possess proficiency in all Construction Coordinator roles and responsibilities.
